Expertise in migrating medium and large enterprise clients to O365 Modern Workplace or continuing their maturity inside the Microsoft O365 technology stacks. Passion for aligning technical solutions to customer and business needs. Bachelor’s Degree with a business or IT emphasis. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key partners and vendors. Develop and drive team standards and assist with internal projects to mature the Secure Modern Workplace solutions and Concurrency offerings. Manage project milestones to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction. Work with functional teams to plan project sprints, scope, and resource utilization. Lead strategic planning and roadmap development with customers. Assist in pre-sales client sessions and develop estimates and proposals. Author functional requirements and technical design documentation. Provide coaching and mentoring to other Architects and Engineers. 
Serve as an escalation point for project teams to assist with clearing roadblocks and driving projects to completion.Work with clients to understand their business problems, generate technical architecture, and assist in setting solution scope while leading the client to a higher state of maturity.
